In this episode, I interview Brandy Wann who is known as a Reverse Diet Expert. Brandy is a iN3 Nutrition Coach, Previous CrossFit Athlete and Gym Owner, and overall Nutrition Enthusiast. Brandy had her own life changing experience with a reverse diet with her coach and now boss/mentor, Jason Phillips.
After experiencing a reverse diet, she knew she needed to help others in the same regard.
“9 out of 10 people who come to me, are actually under-eating. So yeah, majority of my clients are on or will go through a reverse diet when we first start our coaching.” – Brandy
It may sound crazy, but that statement is 100% true. I too have taken MANY clients through a reverse diet and continue to because of how many people are actually under-eating calories on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
A reverse diet can get someone from dieting struggle and roadblocks, to breaking through to new low body fat percentage or performance records. The reverse diet, is a HUGE benefit to many of the people we work with.
